Our Guildford Teak Garden Dining Chair gives outdoor dining a lighter, more open feel, while keeping the comfort and strength expected from a teak dining chair. The narrow slatted back, horizontal crest rail and gently curved seat give it a classic look around the table, while the armless design keeps the setting easy to arrange.

Lighter in weight than some of our other teak chairs, the Guildford dining chair still has the durability expected from Chic Teak. Use it alongside the matching Guildford carver chair to create a coordinated teak garden dining set, with carver chairs at the table ends and armless dining chairs along the sides.

Materials and construction

Made from Grade A heartwood teak and professionally kiln-dried for stability outdoors. The armless frame keeps the dining setting open, while the Grade A heartwood teak gives the chair the quality expected from luxury teak garden furniture.

Traditional mortice and tenon joinery is reinforced for long-term strength. The chair is supplied fully assembled, so it arrives ready to place and use. Teak’s natural oils help it resist weather, mould and mildew, with minimal maintenance required.

Cushion note

Teak contains natural oils and tannins. Occasionally, a small amount of oil residue may be visible on the underside of cushions where they sit against the wood. This does not affect cushion quality or longevity.
