Kensington Teak Garden Dining Chair

Our Kensington Teak Garden Dining Chair is made for outdoor dining where a higher-backed chair gives the setting more presence and support. The high backrest, gently curved crest rail and slim vertical slats give it a traditional profile, while the gentle curve in the seat and back offers comfort for longer meals outside.

Without arms, it sits neatly alongside dining tables and leaves more room between place settings. For a more formal dining arrangement, use the armless dining chairs along the sides of the table and the Kensington carver chairs at either end.

Materials and construction

Made from Grade A heartwood teak and professionally kiln-dried for stability outdoors, the Kensington has the build quality expected from luxury teak garden furniture, with a taller profile and solid frame suited to regular outdoor dining.

Solid squared legs, side rails and an under-seat crossbar give the chair strength and stability. The chair is supplied fully assembled, so it arrives ready to place and use.

Teak care and outdoor living

Teak can be left outside all year round and will weather naturally over time. Teak’s natural oils help it resist weather, mould and mildew.

Cushion note

Teak contains natural oils and tannins. Occasionally, a small amount of oil residue may be visible on the underside of cushions where they sit against the wood. This does not affect cushion quality or longevity.
